Detergent Powder Post Addition Production Line
This technology is detergent powder post-blending process. Its raw materials are detergent base powder, enzyme, color granule, perfume, non-ionic, etc. The density of detergent powder is 0.35~0.50T/m3.
Process introduction
- Pour the base powder into the hopper of the feeder and then automatically feed it into the mixer. The perfume is atomized by the pressure atomizing nozzle inside the mixer. At this time, the material is carried by the sheet in the mixer to form a powder curtain, and it is fully contacted, adsorbed and mixed with the atomized perfume. The mixer speed can be adjusted to achieve a better mixing effect. After mixing, the detergent powder is screened by sieving machine and sent to the finished product silo through the lifter.
- The finished product silo is equipped with packing machines, which can automatically weigh, and the weighing specifications can be set according to needs. The bag is placed manually, the weight can be rechecked by a platform scale, then heat sealing, inspect sealing quality, pack, stack and send to the warehouse.
