Liquid Sodium Silicate Production Line

The wet process for producing caustic soda involves reacting quartz sand (silica) with caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) under appropriate conditions to produce a sodium silicate solution, which is then processed to obtain the sodium silicate product. This process has the advantages of high yield, low energy consumption, low labor intensity, and easy availability of raw materials. The molar ratio of the final product is 1.6-2.45.

Wet process liquid sodium silicate products are widely used in various fields, such as chemical industry, light industry, textile, machinery, construction, and agriculture. In chemical systems, it can be used to manufacture silicate products such as silica gel, white carbon black, zeolite molecular sieves, etc; In light industry, it is an essential raw material for detergents such as laundry detergent and soap; In the textile industry, it can be used for dyeing assistance, bleaching, and sizing; In the mechanical industry, it is widely used in casting, grinding wheel manufacturing, and metal preservatives; In the construction industry, it can be used to manufacture fast drying cement, acid resistant cement, waterproof oil, etc.
