Liquid Sodium Silicate Production Line
The production of sodium silicate in wet process is the reaction between Cau stic soda solution and Quartz sand, heated in the reaction kettle.The liquid Sodium Silicate is produced directly by heat and pressure.
The related investment cost is only 1/3 of dry method.And the finished liquid  Sodium Silicate can be contained 30-50% liquid glass,which can also obtained by filtration and concentration to be solid.
Wet method Sodium Silicate production line is simple, low energy consumption, small labor intensity, easily getting raw materials,low investment. The Sodium Silicate produced by the wet phase is clear and transparent. According to the different modulus of Sodium silicate, it can be used as the basic raw material of chemical industry in general casting, precision casting, paper making, ceramics, clay, mineral processing, kaolin, washing and so on.The market potential is great and the benefit.

The raw materials for our dry method Sodium Silicate plant are Sodium Carbonate(Soda Ash) and Quartz Sand which are melted in the hot air furnace ,reaction and generation into liquid  Sodium Silicate,molded into solid square Sodium Silicate by water quenching or chain plate with purity of 99.0% solid Sodium silicate , used widely as raw materials in many fields such as ordinary casting, precision casting, paper making, ceramics, clay, mineral processing, kaolin, washing and so on.
Our hot air furnace is by heating exchange regenerative structure with high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection. And the modulus of solid Sodium Silicate furnace in the production is modulus of 2.4 ~ 3.6
