Our Comapny
Detergent Powder Production Line: This production line is designed for manufacturing detergent powder. It typically involves multiple stages, including raw material mixing, granulation, drying, and screening, to produce high-quality powder detergents.
Liquid Detergent Production Line: This line is used for producing liquid detergents. The process may include dissolving, mixing, reacting, and adjusting viscosity to ensure the final product has excellent cleaning performance and stability.
Sodium Silicate Production Line: This production line focuses on the manufacture of sodium silicate (water glass). The process includes raw material pretreatment, high-temperature melting, and cooling to produce sodium silicate products used in various applications.
Post Blending Washing Powder Production Line: This line specializes in the post-blending phase of washing powder production. It involves adding various additives and fragrances to the base detergent powder to enhance its performance and consumer appeal.
Hot Air Furnace: A hot air furnace is used for heating and drying materials in various processes. It provides the necessary high-temperature environment to remove moisture or perform other thermal treatments.
