Products description
The main raw materials of dry process sodium silicate production are soda ash and quartz sand. The process is batching, firing and dissolving.
The quartz sand and soda ash are weighed in proportion according to the formula, and are automatically put into the furnace through the conveying device. Chemical reaction occurs at a high temperature of 1350-1450 ºC after the material is put into the furnace. The molten sodium silicate through air cooling or water cooling to form a glassy solid particle sodium silicate. Finished products are sent to the warehouse or stacked or cooled to room temperature for sale. The reflector adopts regenerative preheater. The 1200 ºCflue gas from tail can make air and gas preheat to 1100 ºC and 900 ºC respectively. Exhaust temperature dropped to below 180 ºC to achieve energy conservation and cost reduction.

The raw materials for our dry method Sodium Silicate plant are Sodium Carbonate(Soda Ash) and Quartz Sand which are melted in the hot air furnace ,reaction and generation into liquid Sodium Silicate,molded into solid square Sodium Silicate by water quenching or chain plate with purity of 99.0% solid Sodium silicate , used widely as raw materials in many fields such as ordinary casting, precision casting, paper making, ceramics, clay, mineral processing, kaolin, washing and so on.
Our hot air furnace is by heating exchange regenerative structure with high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection. And the modulus of solid Sodium Silicate furnace in the production is modulus of 2.4 ~ 3.6
